Helped me buy a home
Flag Review Alysia is an expert in horse property. She helped us find our ten acre ranch, and she showed it with an expertise as if she lived there herself. She walked us through every step of the purchasing experience. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants to find horse property in the Prescott area.

Mr. John Clark

Red Arrow Real Estate

Prescott AZ 86301

Dear Mr. Clark,

I am writing to you with reference to my recent purchase of a home in Granite Oaks with the assistance of Alysia Carlin. As I have seen from the various reserved parking spaces provided her as a top producer, it will be no surprise to you to hear that I consider Alysia to be an outstanding real estate professional. I have some basis for my statement other than the conclusion of a satisfactory purchase, having spent considerable time in bank and private bank management.

Alysia has a very agreeable and efficient manner that goes beyond a mere emphasis on personality and market knowledge. As might be expected, she took the time to show my wife and me the various towns and neighborhoods to provide us a base line of information. She determined, in an objective and business-like way, what our parameters were and was able to focus on the inventory that was most likely to appeal to us. She did not waste our time.

In addition to her overall competence, she has developed specialty knowledge regarding horse properties and short sale transactions. This background was central to the success of this particular deal. She and her team made sure that we were always in touch during what turned out to be a complex transaction. She was proactive and creative in dealing with the various challenges and problems that arose.

Aside from a high level of competence and diligence, Alysia was personally tenacious and nicely insistent on our behalves to shepherd and nurture a deal in which we originally were not even permitted to view the property. She did not take "No" or "It cannot be done' for answers . I am sure that your firm considers itself fortunate to have such an outstanding professional as part of the team. Best wishes for continued success, and my wife and I will not hesitate to recommend Red Arrow and Alysia Carlin in the future.

Sincerely,

John Hughes

I want to thank you both very much, you made purchasing our first new house a pleasure. We did not worry for one moment about how things were going, as you kept us informed at every turn. The fact we were in another state was a concern we had at first, but soon put aside any worry because we felt we had someone we could trust to look after our needs as buyers.
We would definitely recommend you to anyone. We have told all our friends how wonderful our experience was.
Best Regards
Dan and Cheryle Barkwill

Dear Alysia,

I want to thank you for all you did getting the house for us and making it close when we wanted it to. Last night we had a most wonderful time, watched the sun set and rise this am, drank wine, ate french bread with dipping oil and cheese it was just perfect.

Also wanted to let you know you should feel really good about this sale. Moving out west and being a real cowgirl has always been a dream of mine and for years I have put it off, career, family etc. For the past 5 years though the dream kept getting stronger though and harder to ignore. So on this sale go ahead and really pat yourself on the back for a job well done, cause the fulfillment of this dream really does make a difference in a persons life.

Also thank you for your friendship you've shown. Moving to a new town where you don't know anyone is hard enough but most of all it can be really lonely. I've had some great times and multiple good dinners and just wanted to thank you for all. Thank you again for all the hard work, assistance and all the additional attention that goes beyond your job.

Thanks,
Vickie

Check the listing date and sold date! This property was listed for 1 year with another agent and 2 weeks with Alysia, we had an offer and it was closed in 4 weeks. Alysia is now working as an agent for us on a new home purchase. We highly recommend her to our friends!

Hola, Alysia!

APPRECIATE everything you did on our behalf during this home hunting excursion! It wasn't easy for us, and we know it wasn't easy for you either. But, you went the extra mile - even on the back of that bike! - and, we're feeling good about the outcome. Plus, we've made new friends.

See you soon! And, once again, GRACIAS!!!!

We had our property listed with another realtor for six months. It was looked at many times, by other agents. Our agent made NO effort to follow up, advertise, nor present our property. When his time was up I started interviewing agency’s that seemed pro-active. When I called Red Arrow, I spoke to Alysia Carlin; I gave her a little background on what we had just gone thru, and what we expected. We made an appointment to meet at our property. She was their early and had walked the property. I interviewed her, and was impressed with what she said; she would do to represent our investment. I was skeptic, until I saw her work her magic. She made us feel, that we were her single client. Within a few weeks we were negotiating with a buyer, plus people as back ups. We had a few surprises, which could have been show stoppers. All I got from her was I will take care of it! We closed in minimum time. In my career I have met few people with her core values of service before self, integrity, and excellence in what she does. Red Arrow is very fortunate, to have such a representative. We are looking forward too having her represent us again shortly.

 To whom it may concern:

Most realtor reviews are completed after the sale when the seller is relieved, glad, giddy and can't say enough good about the realtor. Alysia just completed two sales for my husband and I. We're glad but it's what happen before the sale that we want everyone to know about Alysia.

My property was a double wide on 10 acres of land in Coyote Springs that had been tenant occupied for several years. I had moved from that house to relocate twice, but the most recent was four hours away from Prescott.

It is not the responsibility of the tenant to perform interior and exterior maintenance and they don't often report those things to the owner. My property had several of these items and additionally Alysia  felt that if we secured a buyer, it would probably be FHA transaction. FHA requires a leveling and certification that she felt we should do in advance, to facilitate the sale (it did).

My husband just groaned at the thought of traveling to Prescott again, to perform these repairs, has he had done many times before.

No need!!  Alysia  volunteered to effectively take charge, securing a variety of tradesmen that performed ALL of the necessary repairs!

Sure enough, with all the repairs/improvements the house sold within six weeks and now there's a nice family residing in my former homestead!

Alysia, also did all the homework necessary on my husband’s lot to price it to sell. The lot is now sold and closed.

Alysia really went out of her way to accommodate our special situation selling at a distance. She also really "worked" these listings, unlike a lot of parasitic realtors that just run around trying to get listings in the hopes that somebody else will "sell" the house so they can split the commission.

You need to hire an Alysia Carlin or you will eventually wish that you had.
