Dear Alysia,
I want to thank you for all you did getting the house for us and
making it close when we wanted it to. Last nite we had a most
wonderful time, watched the sun set and rise this am, drank wine,
ate french bread with dipping oil and cheese it was just perfect.
Also wanted to let you know you should feel really good about this
sale. Moving out west and being a real cowgirl has always been a
dream of mine and for years I have put it off, career, family etc.
For the past 5 years though the dream kept getting stronger though
and harder to ignore. So on this sale go ahead and really pat

this dream really does make a difference in a persons life.

Check the listing date and sold date! This property was listed for 1
year with another agent and 2 weeks with Alysia, we had an offer and
it was closed in 4 weeks. Alysia is now working as an agent for us
on a new home purchase. We highly recommend her to our friends!

We had our property listed with another realtor for six months. It
was looked at many times, by other agents. Our agent made NO effort
to follow up, advertise, nor present our property. When his time was
up I started interviewing agency’s that seemed pro-active. When I
called Red Arrow, I spoke to Alysia Carlin; I gave her a little
